3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Service Warranty

• Certain pest treatments come with limited-period warranties, as discussed during service booking.

• Warranty is void if hygiene or maintenance standards advised by PestOff are not followed.

5. User Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the premises at the scheduled time.

• Children, pets, and food items should be kept away from the treatment area during and after service as advised.

7. Liability

PestOff is not liable for:

• Damages caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Pest resurgence due to unhygienic conditions or untreated areas.
